Ryuji Noda

Ryuji Noda — Director and Producer of Crank Co.Ltd./Music from Okinawa. Founding member of Sakurazaka Theatre in Okinawa Japan.

For 25 years, Ryuji Noda has invited many foreign artists to Okinawa and organized numerous live concerts, included Tete (France), Liam O Maonlai (Ireland), Taraf de Haidouks (Rumania), Daniel Colin/Paris Musette(France), HANGGAI (Inner Mongolia), BKO QUINTET (Mali), Tulegur (Inner Mongolia) and so on.

Producing annual music festival named “Sakurazaka ASYLUM”. Sakurazaka Theatre links up with about 15 live music venues and bars around Sakurazaka area (Naha city) for this festival. More than 100 bands and artists participate in it.

Currently, promoting Okinawan music to overseas and building a music network with Asian countries. In 2016, started “Trans Asia Music Meeting” as a model of the new music Exhibition in Okinawa.
